i evacuated from storm Milton. when i finally arrived the staff was friendly and helpful. Sebas, Ivana, and Oscar was especially helpful . the rooms are beautifully decorated and super clean. Ivana, as it wasn't safe to go home.

the shower was on the smaller side, so water would spill out onto the floor and made a mess.

the location is perfect location in downtown. it is walking distance to shops, coffee cafes and restaurants. i felt safe walking around alone when my husband was working back in the room.

the room was quite large. i had plenty of space (which is always a plus). also, the location was convenient. it was easy to get around the area.

first, i had to go to the 25th floor and then transfer. also, housekeeping was inconsistent. My room wasn't cleaned every day, even after i requested it. the breakfast service was very slow, too. i often waited a long time for a table and for my order to arrive.
